Sunday Reset - Stretch & Graze

1 hour Slow & Stretchy Yoga sequence followed by a post-flow gathering with seasonal bites, time to unwind and the option to bring your own alcohol to enjoy! This is an all levels yoga class - come to unwind after a long week and gear up for the new week.

(8 person minimum - Must sign up by Sunday, September 6th. I am not offering this class to the general public at this time. This class is for all of my current/past yoga students & acquaintances, however please feel free to invite whoever you think would enjoy the afternoon!)
