Acceptable Forms of Payment:
Currently, I accept Venmo, cash or checks made out to Unwined in the Pines.
All monies owed must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event. If monies have not been collected by this time, the date will reopen for bookings.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy:
I understand, life can happen! However, since each experience is intentionally curated in advance - from sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients to preparing personalized pairings and setting the ambiance for your event, all bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.
If you need to make a change, I'm happy to offer rescheduling options under the following guidelines:

14 days prior to your experience: Complimentary rescheduling to a new date, subject to availability.

7 days prior to your experience: Rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and will incur a $75 rescheduling fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The booking is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
All rescheduled experiences must take place within 60 days of the original booking date.

Additional Guests:
To maintain the integrity and flow of your curated experience, any additional guests must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to your event. This allows me to thoughtfully prepare every detail and ensure a seamless experience for your entire group!
